Personal Run Coaching, Monthly

Most popular option.

Each month, your coach will create a personalized monthly schedule on the FinalSurge training platform. Your plan will be formatted to fit your needs and include run workouts, mobility work, and mental strength exercises.  Your coach will view your completed workouts daily, provide feedback and support, and once monthly phone check-ins to discuss progress. You can contact your coach whenever you need via text, email, and FinalSurge messaging throughout the month.

$100 monthly with 3 month commitment or $120 month-to-month
With Allie: 
$130 monthly with 3 month commitment

If you need a little more accountability.

Every week, you will receive a phone call from your coach to check in on progress.  Your coach will then create a personalized weekly schedule on the FinalSurge training platform. Your plan will be formatted to fit your needs and include run workouts, mobility work, and mental strength exercises.  Your coach will view your completed workouts daily and provide feedback and support. You can contact your coach whenever you need via text, email, and FinalSurge messaging throughout the week.

Run Training Plans

If you just want the plan without the coach.

If you have a race coming up and want a course specific training plan personalized to your specific needs, but you are independent and able to manage yourself without a coach, this may be the option for you. Plans can be curated to meet your needs and will be sold via the FinalSurge platform.

Strength Training for Runners

Level 1: Basic Strength Training for Runners

Assessment & Custom Plan

If you have a race coming up and want a basic strength training plan but you are independent and able to manage yourself without a coach, this may be the option for you. Plans will be sold via the FinalSurge platform.

  • 2-3x per week strength training that takes about 25-45 minutes

  • Non-complicated exercises good for both beginner and experienced lifters

One-on-One Coaching

Each month, your coach will create a personalized monthly schedule. Your plan will be formatted to fit your needs and include strength workouts that include: balance, core, mobility, injury prevention, and muscle/joint stability. Your coach will view your completed workouts, provide feedback and support, and have bi-weekly phone check-ins to discuss progress. You can contact your coach whenever you need via text or email throughout the month!
