If you have a race coming up and want a course specific training plan personalized to your specific needs, but you are independent and able to manage yourself without a coach, this may be the option for you. Plans can be curated to meet your needs and will be sold via the FinalSurge platform.

Personalized Mindset Training Series for Groups, Teams, and Communities
Endurance sports challenge more than the body - they challenge the mind.
These mindfulness-based workshops help runners and endurance athletes develop the mental skills needed to train consistently, manage discomfort, and perform with confidence. Sessions combine practical tools from mindfulness and performance psychology that athletes can apply immediately in training and racing.
Workshops are offered for school teams, run clubs, and running stores, either in person (Bay Area only) or live via Zoom.
